As we approach the last quarter of 2022, we here at Logic Executive Search wanted to reflect on the many exciting initiatives that have happened throughout the year with our amazing team. First, we are excited to celebrate our two-year anniversary in September with the grand opening of our new office space located at 310 Croft Drive, Unit 200 in Tecumseh, Ontario.
We have also continued to grow our team in and outside of Ontario with amazing Human Resources and Recruitment Specialists who have been able to successfully help our clients with their professional and executive recruitment needs. This includes roles such as Executive Directors and CEOs, Vice Presidents of Finance and Corporate Services, Directors of Human Resources, Program and Operations Managers, Accounting and Finance Specialists, Plant Directors, and Business Development Specialists in the public and private sectors.
In addition to recruitment, the team at Logic Executive Search provided human resources support to our clients which included supervisor and customer service training, policy and procedure development, 360 performance evaluations, outplacement services, and our Dual Career Program through the University of Windsor.
Logic Executive Search was also selected as the 2022 Community Service Award Recipient by NPAworldwide, which recognizes a member that impacts people in ways beyond their work and for their contributions in service towards others.
Logic Executive Search continues to sponsor an annual $1000.00 “She Inspires Award” to an inspirational woman entrepreneur through the EPICentre Venture Women Program that strives to build a more inclusive, innovative ecosystem for women by providing female founders and co-founders with the opportunity to explore their ideas, increase their entrepreneurial skills, expand their network, and build a business that is future proof.

In 2022, our team came together to build the values of the organization which include honesty, integrity, empathy, authenticity, ethics, community involvement and contribution. We continue to support our team growth personally and professionally with Logic customer service and leadership training, as well as diversity and inclusion courses which examine local and global trends in today’s workforce, the impact of diversity on organizational culture, and successful leadership strategies and practices that promote inclusion and diversity.
We made mental health and wellness a priority by implementing summer hours and Logic Invest in Yourself days to allow our team an opportunity to disconnect and make their health and well-being a priority. Our remote-first work model has given our team the opportunity to work in various locations and explore new areas around the world.
