The Opportunity:
Logic Executive Search & Workplace Solutions is proud to partner with WFCU Credit Union on the recruitment of a Manager, Sales and Service. Reporting to the District Director, Retail Services the Manager, Sales and Service is responsible for leading daily retail operations, driving financial growth and business development, and building a presence in the Chatham community.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Driving sales performance and meeting credit union goals through weekly, monthly, and semi-annual sales plans.
- Meeting with members to assess their needs and matching them with the right products and services.
- Mentoring, coaching, and supporting employee development through regular one-on-ones.
- Business development initiatives to support growth.
- Overseeing all retail location operations, including risk management and premises.
- Preparing personal lending, residential mortgage, and member contracts.
- Providing basic financial planning and investment advice to members.
- Adhering to established policies, guidelines, and procedures with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintaining exceptional professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Post-secondary education in finance or business.
- 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Solid knowledge of financial products and services.
- Proven success in a sales environment.
- Strong ability to motivate a team to achieve sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
