The Opportunity:
We’re hiring a Staffing Account Manager – General Labour to join our recruitment team in Windsor, Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity to join our newly launched General Labour Staffing Division and be a part of its successful growth. This role is ideal for someone with previous industry experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, connecting with candidates, and helping businesses find reliable, qualified workers. Working closely with our recruitment team, you will be responsible for recruiting activity and account management of general labour positions, including positions in warehouse, manufacturing, production, and construction industries.

- $45,000 – $50,000 base salary plus commission. Uncapped earning potential

The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, customer service, or a fast-paced, people-focused environment, with experience in general labour staffing preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with candidates and employees.
- Highly organized, efficient, detail-oriented, self motivated, and confident in decision making abilities.
- Proactive, staying ahead of priorities, identifying risks early and resolving issues with sound judgement and minimal direction.
- Ability to work flexible hours and work on call to meet changing priorities, if necessary.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment where priorities change quickly and staffing needs require a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong judgment and people skills, with the ability to assess candidates effectively during in-person interviews and match them to suitable job opportunities.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, or recruitment platforms.
- Reliable, proactive, and motivated, with strong follow-up skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
