Our client is currently looking for a Program Manager to join an innovative production facility based in Windsor, Ontario. This is an opportunity to join a growing organization that takes pride in their work and invests in their employees.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing product launch from concept to mass production completion.
- Ensuring resources are assigned to all projects and coordinate process, product design, mold design, paint, and assembly.
- Ensuring projects are meeting deadlines and any problems related to tasks are being addressed.
- Facilitating APQP meetings.
- Coordinating program activities and information from customer to all appropriate departments.
- Supporting manufacturing and continuous improvement activities during audits and developing standard operating procedures and corrective action activities when necessary.
- Maintaining financial budgeting/cost systems.
- Programing costing including tooling, gages, fixtures, packaging, equipment, etc. and track expenditures.
- Following health and safety protocols and ensuring proper resources are available in each department.
- Developing work instructions, procedures, and related tools.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or related field.
- 5 – 7 years’ experience in Program Management in an OEM/Manufacturing facility.
- Experience with Honda would be considered a strong asset.
- Experience with plastic injection mold.
- Strong understanding of ISO and TS standards and requirements.
- Proven experience in developing continuous improvement initiatives.
