Our client, a leader in the insurance sector is looking to add a Commercial Insurance Producer to their growing team in Hamilton, Burlington or the Niagara region. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong background in sales, with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic and an interest in entering the insurance sector.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
• Identifying and assessing insurance needs of clients to build personalized plans
• Generating new strategies to attract clients in the organizations target markets
• Attending networking events and conducting in-person meetings to generate and close leads
• Supporting with efforts related to marketing and commercial policies

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of sales experience
• Willingness to obtain RIBO license
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong influential skills
