Logic Executive Search and Workplace Solutions is proud to partner with Home Instead (Franchise office 2373627 Ontario Inc., 1001001580 Ontario Inc.) in the search for a Business Development Advisor based in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
The Business Development Advisor plays a strategic role in driving business growth and expanding market presence. This position focuses on building and nurturing strong relationships with healthcare providers and community partners to increase referrals and client acquisition. You will be responsible for executing targeted sales strategies, conducting in-home consultations with prospective clients, and supporting new care starts when needed

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Developing and implementing targeted sales strategies to increase market share and attract new clients.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding referral and inquiry generation goals through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations, including hospitals, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, and physicians.
- Representing the company at industry events, health fairs, and community meetings to enhance visibility and credibility.
- Executing local marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and engagement within the community.
- Delivering persuasive sales presentations and conducting in-person meetings with healthcare professionals and referral partners.
- Educating referral sources on the organization’s services and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, referral sources, and conversion metrics using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress toward sales objectives.
- Adhering to all industry regulations and company policies in business development activities.
- Aligning sales strategies with organizational goals while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Post-secondary degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or other related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in home care, healthcare, or senior-related industries.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and building professional relationships.
- Strong networking, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to operate independently in a field-based role.
- Ability to spend approximately 75% of time in the local community actively building relationships and referral partnerships.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Complimentary Experience:
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite would be considered a strong asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Existing relationships with local healthcare providers and senior living communities.
